Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how World Wild Web LLC ("World Wild Web," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use products and services we operate (collectively, the "Services").
Some products we operate may publish their own privacy notices. Where a product-specific notice exists, that notice governs the product and supplements this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact information — such as your name, email address, and company name when you fill out our contact form, email us, or request information about our services.
- Business and project information — details you choose to share about your company, project, or requirements when you inquire about working with us.
- Account information — if a product we operate offers accounts, the registration details you provide, such as email address and display name.
- Communications — the contents of messages you send us, along with related metadata such as the date and time.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and the dates and times of visits.
- Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and language settings.
- Cookies and similar technologies — as described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from service providers we use — for example, analytics providers that report aggregate usage statistics, or payment processors that confirm whether a payment succeeded. We do not purchase personal information from data brokers.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- To perform contracts with clients, including invoicing and project communication;
- To process payments through our payment processors;
- To monitor performance, debug issues, and protect the security and integrity of the Services;
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements;
- To send administrative messages, and — only where permitted and with any required consent — occasional updates about our products and services, which you can opt out of at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we process personal information on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — when processing is necessary to provide services you have requested or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract;
- Legitimate interests — such as operating and securing our website, understanding how it is used, and communicating with business contacts, balanced against your rights and interests;
- Consent — for example, for non-essential cookies or marketing emails, which you may withdraw at any time;
- Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable law.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website functioning and to understand how visitors use it. We may use privacy-conscious analytics tools that report aggregated statistics about traffic and page performance. Where required by law, non-essential cookies are set only after you consent. For details on the technologies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.
5. Payments
Payments for our services and products are handled by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. When you make a payment, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by the processor under its own privacy policy — we do not receive or store full card numbers. Our payment processors are certified PCI DSS compliant, and payment pages are served over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We receive limited transaction information (such as the amount, date, payment status, and billing name) needed for accounting, receipts, and fraud prevention. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the applicable processor, for example Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
6. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver email, provide analytics, or process payments, in each case only as needed to perform services for us and under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, and insurers where reasonably necessary;
- Legal requirements — when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of World Wild Web, our users, or others;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy or provide notice of changes;
- With your direction or consent — when you ask us to share information or agree to a specific disclosure.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. In practice, that means: contact-form inquiries are retained while we correspond with you and for a reasonable period afterward; client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to seven years in the United States); and server logs are retained for a short period for security and debugging. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
9. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and the Services are hosted on infrastructure that may be located in the United States and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or transfers to recipients certified under recognized frameworks.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you;
- The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- The right to request deletion of your information;
- The right to receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
- The right to object to, or request restriction of, certain processing;
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hemant.parihar264@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA"), may provide you additional rights. In the preceding twelve months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1: identifiers (such as name, email address, and IP address), commercial information (such as transaction records), internet activity (such as pages visited), and professional information you choose to provide.
We collect this information for the business purposes described in Section 2 and disclose it to service providers as described in Section 6. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Subject to the CCPA's conditions and exemptions, California residents may exercise the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out described above, and may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where the CCPA requires it.
Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia) may have similar rights, which can be exercised the same way.
12. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide more prominent notice, such as a notice on this website or an email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means the revised Policy applies to you.
